Tags!

So I started working on some tag ideas. The apparel tags are the ones that are actually sewn into the clothing. I couldn't decide if I liked the full logo and design with the swirl, or just the logo. I'm thinking of having it put on a silkier, shiny looking fabric. Then I can't decide if I should have it embroidered or screen printed.

Then you can see various types of hanging tags. I think my personal favorite is combining the tag with the barcode on it with the tag where the logo is going vertically. Also below you'll seeseveral types of tags I found from a design student's portfolio. Great source for me to get more tag ideas! Her's was for a denim line.

Updates on the Identity

So I've been messing with the identity a bit. Sara said that the bars and the swirl were a bit much and contradicting themselves...so I thought I'd try some versions without it (you know...to please her). haha! But I think I agree. What do you think? I think I also like the contrast better on the back with it being blue instead of pink. If you can't remember the old card just scroll down a bit or click here. ;) I of course took the bar off the bottom of the envelope too.

Back option #1 (do you like the blue better than the pink on the original card?):

Back option #2 (does the pink dot make it look cheap?):

Front option #1 (does the copy look okay on the left?):

Front option #2 (do I need the logo on both sides?):

Photoshoot #1 - Done

Today, I had my first photoshoot to get pictures for my catalog and store displays. Jessi was an awesome model and despite the freezing pouring rain from the snowstorm that was blowing in, we got some great shots! Here are some of my favorites:

Well what do you think? There are more photos in my Facebook album.

Then I need some help. So my camera won't let me take photos any bigger than like 14", and that's not going to be big enough for a poster sized print for my displays. Does anyone know someone that has a camera that will let me take REALLY large pictures or a way to do it? I should know this I know. But I don't.

I'm going to be changing up the stationary and business card a bit, and getting caught back up this weekend.
